Their platform enables faster, more affordable, and higher-quality research, used by global brands across marketing, product, and insights teams. Due to rapid growth, they're now looking to appoint a Performance Marketer to scale paid acquisition beyond LinkedIn.

THE PERFORMANCE MARKETING LEAD
As Performance Marketer (Multi-Channel), you'll take full ownership of paid growth across non-LinkedIn channels. This is a hands-on, outcomes-focused role where you'll systematically test, validate, and scale channels that generate measurable pipeline.
You'll work closely with web growth, product marketing, and wider marketing teams to ensure landing pages convert, offers align with intent, and tracking supports clear decision-making. This role is about building repeatable systems, not running isolated campaigns.
PERFORMANCE MARKETING LEAD - ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- Proven experience scaling performance marketing across multiple paid channels
- Strong background in Google Search, with experience across Meta, YouTube or other paid platforms
- Confident working with imperfect attribution and complex funnels
- Strong commercial judgement around creative, hooks, and offers
- High-speed execution mindset with clear testing frameworks
- Comfortable owning outcomes rather than activity
DESIRABLE (NOT ESSENTIAL)
- Experience within B2B SaaS or pipeline-driven growth models
- Familiarity with experimentation frameworks and rapid testing environments
- Ability to build lightweight reporting or automation workflows
