What You'll Be Doing

As a Solutions Engineer, you'll deliver 2nd or 3rd line technical support and lead infrastructure projects across Windows Server and cloud environments. Working as part of a talented technical team, you'll design, implement, and maintain IT solutions that power some of the most dynamic businesses in the creative sector.

Key areas include:

• Acting as an escalation point for complex 2nd or 3rd line issues across Windows, networking, and cloud technologies
• Delivering infrastructure projects such as migrations, virtualisation, and Azure deployments
• Collaborating with clients to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions
• Mentoring junior engineers and contributing to the continuous improvement of technical processes
• Ensuring systems are secure, reliable, and optimised for performance

What Skills You'll Need

• Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy
• Expertise with virtualisation technologies (Hyper-V or VMware)
• Practical experience in Microsoft Azure - particularly Azure AD, Virtual Machines, and storage solutions
• Solid understanding of networking: VLANs, VPNs, subnetting, and firewall configuration
• Experience with backup and disaster recovery tools (Veeam, Acronis, etc.)
• Familiarity with endpoint protection and modern security solutions
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
• (For Senior level) Proven leadership in project delivery or mentoring other engineers
