QA Engineer

We are seeking a QA Engineer to ensure the quality and accuracy of data and functionality across multiple systems. This role involves test planning, manual and automated testing, and end-to-end validation of data flows between upstream and downstream systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform QA for Branch, Product, and Member ID data flowing into satellite systems
  • Create and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios
  • Execute manual tests and maintain automated tests (Cypress; .NET a plus)
  • Validate upstream systems (e.g., websites) using new data IDs
  • Conduct integration, end-to-end (E2E), and UAT testing
  • Log, track, and manage defects
  • Produce test execution reports and quality metrics

Requirements:

  • Experience in manual and automated testing
  • Hands-on experience with Cypress; .NET automation is a plus
  • Strong understanding of QA processes, defect management, and reporting
  • Experience with integration and end-to-end testing
