We’re working with a globally established consulting business operating across technology-led, transformation-focused sectors. The firm is well known for its depth of expertise, international reach, and continued investment in growth. Talent is critical to their success, and this role sits at the heart of how they build and scale high-performing consulting teams.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will join a specialist in-house TA team during a period of sustained growth. This is a hands-on, end-to-end role focused on hiring consultants at all levels , partnering closely with senior stakeholders, and building future-facing talent pipelines. It’s a role for someone who understands the consulting hiring market and enjoys operating with pace, visibility and influence.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for consulting roles across multiple levels.
- Proactively source and engage high-quality consulting talent in competitive markets.
- Build strong pipelines aligned to current and future demand.
- Partner closely with senior stakeholders to shape hiring strategies.
- Deliver a consistently high-quality candidate experience.
Must-haves:
- Proven consulting recruitment experience , ideally in-house (agency background also considered).
- Expertise hiring consultants across multiple grades .
- Ability to work 3 days per week in a City of London office .
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Organised, commercial and comfortable working at pace.
