Workday Consultant

Responsibilities

  • Be a hands-on subject matter expert in aspects of the Workday Financials product suite
  • Lead projects through all stages of a Workday implementation project life cycle.
  • Work closely with the client to understand requirements and design, build, configure and test the Workday solution
  • Collaborate with colleagues for sharing knowledge and to improve internal capability, including training and mentoring of new team members
  • Develop strong and trusting relationships with other members of the project team and management as well as external clients
  • Contribute to high client satisfaction and standard of service to the client, managing your work on several concurrent projects
  • Keep up to date with latest Finance thinking, tools and techniques in your area of expertise and draw upon this to influence clients and project delivery

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience of deploying Workday and playing a key role in a Workday support environment
  • Consultancy experience of financial processes
  • Experience working with Accounting Centre, ideally in a Lead role
  • Experience working with Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and/or Financial Accounting functions
  • Good presentation and facilitation skills in English
  • Workday Financials Certified
