Responsibilities

  • Owning and improving key internal tools and systems
  • Implementing robust data validation and quality controls to ensure accuracy and reliability
  • Automating workflows and integrations between systems (e.g., CRM to trackers) to reduce manual effort
  • Managing data feeds and ETL processes for clean, consistent reporting
  • Engaging stakeholders to gather requirements and provide concise, actionable updates

Qualifications

  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with complex formulas, data validation, and protections

Required Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, with a proactive approach to process improvement
  • Experience with automation tools, scripting, or lightweight bots (desirable)
  • Familiarity with CRM data models and handling CSV/ETL processes
  • Experience with Power-BI or Similar Business Analytics and reporting tools
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to document processes clearly
