Sales Development Representative
Our awesome Bristol-based client, an award winning tech company, is seeking a driven Sales Development Representative SDR to join their expanding sales team. As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll play a crucial role in generating qualified leads and building relationships with large enterprises seeking transformational software solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Research, identify and engage target accounts aligned with ideal customer profiles
- Develop high-quality outreach campaigns across LinkedIn, email and events
- Book and conduct first-time calls to qualify needs and service fit
- Track and measure performance in HubSpot CRM ensuring data quality
- Collaborate with your team to refine messaging
- Attend events representing the company with professionalism and energy
- Share insights from conversations to shape sales strategy and marketing content
- Experience in a B2B sales role, perhaps tech, tech recruitment for example
- Strong understanding of B2B sales process and complex opportunity qualification
- Fluency with CRM tools, preferably HubSpot, for managing outreach and pipeline
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with consultative, insight-led sales approaches
- Commercial awareness with eye for value and relevance
- Comfortable speaking with and building relationships with senior decision makers
- Excitement for innovation and learning new tools
Central Bristol office with hybrid working available (2 days from home after probation). Full-time 37.5 hours per week, with 30-hour option considered for exceptional candidates.
