About The Role
- Our Account Executives are responsible for increasing sales activity and growing revenue within our existing clients, through lead generation, relationship management, negotiation, and account management.
- This involves establishing relationships with clients, developing a deep understanding of their challenges, building a detailed knowledge of Six Degrees products and capabilities, and ultimately ensuring we are best placed to capitalise on any new business opportunities as they arise.
Role Requirements
- Understanding and deploying the Sandler Sales methodology [or similar sales methodologies].
- Daily Account Management of a named set of existing clients within a given sector in the Commercial Sales Base.
- Building rapport with clients and actioning requests in a timely manner to ensure a brilliant client experience.
- Identifying whitespace and upsell opportunities within accounts to grow revenue.
- Contacting all clients regularly by phone / e-mail and where applicable meeting them face to face.
- Forecasting and tracking opportunities (e.g. when clients other services are coming to an end) and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.
- Negotiating contracts and close agreements to maximise profits.
- Proactively contacting clients regularly to identify their business challenges and proposing appropriate solutions to add value to their business.
- Engaging with clients on renewing their existing Six Degrees services when contracts are due for renewal.
- Working collaboratively with Pre Sales and Practice Groups to respond to client requests quickly and effectively by utilising the correct resources.
- Achieving Monthly Sales Bookings quota and Opportunity Creation Targets.
