- Annual Leave: 28 days per annum, increasing to 30 days after 5 years of service, plus bank holidays.
- Bonus: 5% annual bonus.
- Pension Contributions: Defined Contribution Pension Scheme with up to 7.5% employee contribution 15% employer contribution.
- Experience in data modelling across large-scale or highly regulated environments (infrastructure, engineering, energy or similar).
- Strong understanding of data architecture principles, data warehousing, and modelling techniques.
- Familiarity with Data Modelling tooling (e.g. ERWIN) and Azure data services (including Data Lake and Azure Databricks).
- Experience in designing conceptual, logical, and physical data models, to support business intelligence, analytics, and operational systems.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex information structures.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, able to work with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience in data, computing, engineering, or information management.
