Sales Manager

We're seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to drive growth in Thailand and ASEAN by selling our premium educational programs to corporates, universities, and international schools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead sales strategies to promote our bespoke soft skills, STEM, and leadership courses to B2B clients in Thailand and ASEAN markets.
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in education, corporate HR, and government sectors to close high-value deals.
- Achieve quarterly sales targets through prospecting, demos, negotiations, and leveraging our partnerships for seamless upselling.
- Analyze market trends in edtech and skills development to tailor pitches and expand our regional footprint.
- Collaborate with our Bangkok-based team on marketing campaigns, events, and CRM management for optimal lead conversion.
Requirements:
- At least 10 years of proven experience in education sales, preferably in edtech, training programs, or corporate learning solutions within Thailand and ASEAN.
- Strong track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas in B2B environments, with expertise in consultative selling and relationship management.
- Deep understanding of the ASEAN education landscape, including regulatory nuances in Thailand, Singapore, Indonesia, and beyond.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or related field; MBA or certifications in sales/marketing a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Thai; additional ASEAN languages advantageous.
- Willingness to travel across ASEAN and work from our Bangkok office (hybrid options available).
