We're growing — and we're looking for mid-level Delivery Consultants / Account Managers who take pride in getting recruitment right.
Based in the City of London, we work with an international client base across banking, financial services, and technology, including private banks, asset managers, financial exchanges, FinTechs, Consultancies and global institutions. Our work spans both contract and permanent recruitment, and we are open to Candidates with either background.
The role
Depending on your strengths, this will be either:
- Delivery-focused, or
- Account management with a 50/50 delivery split
In all cases, the expectation is high-quality, accountable delivery to a broad range of financial and technology clients.
You will:
- Build trusted relationships across the banking and technology sectors
- Manage candidate pipelines across contract and/or permanent hiring
- Work closely with experienced managers who understand delivery and sales
- Use data, technology, and emerging AI tools to improve outcomes and efficiency
- Take ownership of delivery metrics, timelines, and client satisfaction
Quality, consistency, and credibility matter alongside an ability to achieve targets and KPIs.
What we're looking for
You'll likely have:
- 2–5+ years' experience in recruitment delivery and/or account management
- A background in commercial recruitment for recruitment companies
- A demonstrable track record delivering to a broad range of clients including blue-chip, regulated clients within finance and technology.
- Experience across contract and/or permanent recruitment
- Strong drive, motivation, and professional standards
- An analytical mindset — comfortable with data, KPIs, and process
- A genuine interest in technology, AI, and modern recruitment tools
- Confidence operating with demanding clients who value substance over noise
International client exposure is a plus, but not essential.
