SC Cleared - Tech Bar Engineer
Contract Tech Bar Engineer required to provide 2nd line support in a customer-facing environment, delivering both onsite and remote technical support.
Key Responsibilities:
2nd line Tech Bar support and escalation point
Support for macOS and Windows 11, plus iOS and Android
Microsoft 365 support (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
Hardware and software support (laptops, mobiles, MDM, VPN)
User onboarding and provisioning
Escalation to 3rd line/vendors with end-to-end ownership
Working to ITIL processes and ISO 27001 standards
Key Requirements:
2-5 years' 2nd line/Tech Bar support experience
Strong macOS and Windows 11 support experience
Microsoft 365 administration experience
Active, transferable SC Clearance
Strong customer-facing and troubleshooting skills
Nice to Have:
ITIL Foundation or relevant certifications
VIP/high-profile user support experience
