Senior Digital Service Owner - Active SC Clearance Essential

An excellent opportunity for a Senior Digital Service Owner to take ownership of a diverse digital service portfolio and shape the strategy for its delivery and continuous improvement. The role will be accountable for the end-to-end management, governance and performance of key digital services, ensuring they align with organisational goals and deliver measurable value.

You will lead a portfolio covering multiple areas such as Cloud and Hosting, Collaboration, Enterprise IT, Software, Engineering and Workplace IT. The successful candidate will define service strategy, oversee delivery, drive continual improvement, and maintain effective stakeholder engagement across the organisation.

Key responsibilities:
Define and implement a multi-service digital strategy that meets evolving business needs
Lead service delivery, governance, and continual improvement to agreed standards and KPIs
Oversee the full life cycle of digital services, from inception to decommissioning
Act as the escalation point for operational issues and service quality concerns
Build and maintain effective relationships with technical teams and senior stakeholders
Monitor performance and ensure services deliver measurable outcomes and value
Manage third-party providers and negotiate service level agreements

Essential experience:
Proven experience leading digital or IT service portfolios in complex organisations
Strong background in service strategy, delivery, and performance management
Demonstrable experience managing multiple concurrent services and priorities
Ability to work with diverse teams and translate strategic goals into operational reality
Experience managing vendor relationships and third-party service delivery models
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
ITIL Level 3 certification (or equivalent experience)
Experience working in agile environments (eg Scrum, PMI-Agile, PSM I)
