Hardware System Sizing

Your responsibilities:

• Understand the market benchmarking and technologies associated with and features supporting hybridization (PHEV/MHEV) and electrification architectures.
• Mechanical integration of powertrain hardware with other vehicle systems, addressing power supply and mechanical interface considerations.
• Work closely with other teams, including software, electrical, and vehicle integration, to define future requirements that the systems operate in.
• Contribute to the design and development of propulsion systems for next-generation vehicles, which increasingly focuses on electrification

Your Profile

Essential skills/knowledge/experience:

• Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and analysis in powertrain sizing areas for automotive applications
• Expertise on powertrains
• Understand the benchmarking reports from the market for the powertrain systems
