Overview
An award winning digital agency is looking for an enthusiastic SEO Specialist to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a proven track record in SEO campaign delivery, who is passionate about driving organic growth and staying ahead of industry trends.
The SEO Specialist will report into senior management and play a key role in delivering high quality SEO strategies for a diverse client portfolio. The role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent organisational skills, and a proactive approach to ensuring service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, implement and optimise SEO campaigns across client websites.
- Carry out technical audits, competitor analysis and on-page optimisation to improve search visibility.
- Monitor performance and troubleshoot SEO related issues, ensuring client websites achieve strong organic results.
- Analyse and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and clear monthly reports.
- Work closely with Account Managers and client teams to ensure SEO activity aligns with overall business goals.
- Provide training, consultancy and recommendations to clients on SEO best practices.
- Stay up to date with algorithm changes, SEO tools and emerging trends, ensuring strategies remain innovative and effective.
Experience & Skills Required
- Proven experience in delivering SEO strategies with measurable results.
- Prior agency experience is highly desirable.
- Strong technical SEO expertise, including audits, on-page optimisation and resolving website issues.
- Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs and Screaming Frog is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, able to explain SEO concepts to non-specialists.
- Strong attention to detail, with an analytical and problem solving mindset.
- Organised, proactive and confident in managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Good understanding of how SEO integrates with other digital marketing channels.
