Job Purpose

Provide support to end users, focusing on Microsoft technologies, hardware, and business applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver technical support via service desk, phone, and in person
  • Support Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
  • Manage users and devices in Active Directory and Azure AD (Entra ID)
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
  • Support basic networking (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN)
  • Install and maintain software, patches, and updates
  • Log and manage tickets, documentation, and knowledge articles

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in an IT support engineer role with a focus on the Microsoft stack
  • Strong Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 knowledge including Active Directory
  • Experience setting up new users, building laptops and PCs, networking
  • Hands-on hardware troubleshooting experience
  • Basic networking and security awareness
  • Good communication and customer service skills

Desirable

  • Intune / Endpoint Manager experience
  • Azure and PowerShell exposure
  • Microsoft certifications
