Job Purpose
Provide support to end users, focusing on Microsoft technologies, hardware, and business applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver technical support via service desk, phone, and in person
- Support Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
- Manage users and devices in Active Directory and Azure AD (Entra ID)
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
- Support basic networking (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN)
- Install and maintain software, patches, and updates
- Log and manage tickets, documentation, and knowledge articles
Skills & Experience
- Experience in an IT support engineer role with a focus on the Microsoft stack
- Strong Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 knowledge including Active Directory
- Experience setting up new users, building laptops and PCs, networking
- Hands-on hardware troubleshooting experience
- Basic networking and security awareness
- Good communication and customer service skills
Desirable
- Intune / Endpoint Manager experience
- Azure and PowerShell exposure
- Microsoft certifications
