About the Role
This position is all about delivering an exceptional experience for our customers. You’ll provide front line support, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and professionally. Alongside this, you’ll assist with basic maintenance and low-complexity system builds and installations. From day one, you’ll learn by doing, shadowing experienced team members and gaining hands-on exposure to real customer environments. As you progress through the learning programme, you’ll build confidence and skills. While this is a developmental role, your contribution matters. You’ll be working to the same high standards as our Analysists and Engineers, with ongoing support to help you achieve your goals and deliver outstanding service.
Responsibilities
- Provide front line support to customers.

Pay range and compensation package
- Up to 22,500
