An exciting opportunity for CCTV Technical Support to join a leading global provider.
-This role is five days in the office.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Be at the heart of CCTV operations, providing expert technical support across commissioning, reactive issues, and ongoing maintenance.
- Partner with field technicians to install, maintain, and optimise CCTV systems in line with business goals and best practices.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience by managing support processes end-to-end, including system monitoring and clear documentation.
- Securely retrieve, manage, and share CCTV footage to support investigations when required.
- Perform remote CCTV health checks, diagnosing system performance and identifying issues before they escalate.
- Triage reactive call-outs remotely, prioritising and resolving faults efficiently.
- Take ownership of remote fault resolution, keeping systems operational and downtime to a minimum.
What We’re Looking For:
- The successful candidate will have previously dealt with CCTV footage, including screening, downloading, and formatting.
- A logical, analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving.
- A practical, hands-on approach to technical challenges.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts.
- Exceptional troubleshooting abilities and a proactive attitude to resolving issues.
