Senior Business Analyst (Finance & HR)

Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Business Analyst to serve as the essential link between our Finance function and our IT capabilities. Ultimately, your expertise turns our primary financial platform into a competitive advantage. By maximising system efficiency and driving process improvements, you ensure our technology investment delivers peak performance every day. If you are ready to own the intersection of finance and technology, we invite you to lead the way.

  • Manage and maintain the Chart of Accounts, supervisory organisations, business processes, and security settings within Workday Finance.
  • Support and implement Workday's bi-annual releases including testing new features and functionality.
  • Collaborate with Finance stakeholders to gather business requirements, analyse processes and translate them into Workday functional and technical specifications.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the Workday Finance system.
  • Design, implement and maintain integrations between Workday Finance and other internal or external systems (e.g. operational systems, banking platforms).
  • Utilise Workday integration tools (EIBs, Studio, BIRT) and protocols (SOAP/REST APIs).
  • Develop and maintain complex financial reports using Workday Report Writer and other reporting tools.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency and compliance within the Workday Finance modules.
  • Support financial audits and compliance reporting through system configuration and data extraction.
  • Provide advanced tier 2/3 technical and functional support for Workday Finance issues, troubleshooting and resolving errors.
  • Develop training materials and provide guidance/training to end-users on Workday functionalities and business processes.
