1st / 2nd Line Support

IT Support Engineer required to support internal users across 1st & 2nd line. The company are looking for a skilled IT Support Engineer to support their head office and satellite sites with a range of IT issues.

The company are going through a period of growth and transformation which is expected to continue into 2026 and this role would offer plenty of training and progression opportunities.

Skill Requirements

• Active Directory
• Windows Server
• Windows 11
• Office 365 support

Nice to have's

• Exposure to network support
• Azure knowledge (commercial or through online courses)

The company are working to a hybrid approach so you will be in the office twice a week and from home the rest.
