This IT Service Provider have the IT support contract for a major Chichester client and you will be providing on-site support for all users across the business – you’ll be the person making the difference to the company.

This will be a mix of BAU support and delivering projects across Windows Server, networking, desktop and Microsoft Cloud technologies.

You’ll be helping to transform a major client, whilst being an integral part of the process.

2nd Line Support Engineer / Outsource Engineer

Based in Chichester, West Sussex – full time on site.

£30,000 - £35,000

Required Skills:

- Excellent IT support across 2nd line support

- Strong experience of Windows Server, Microsoft 365, networking and desktop support

- Good experience of delivering project installs/migrations/deployments

- Excellent communication & stakeholder management experience

This position would suit an IT Support Analyst / Support Engineer / 2nd Line Support Analyst / 2nd Line Support Engineer / 3rd Line Support Engineer / Support Technician, who has strong experience of supporting Windows Server, M365, networking & desktop at a 2nd line support level.

This 2nd Line Support Engineer / Outsource Engineer position is looking to start ASAP, will be based full time in Chichester, West Sussex, paying from £30,000 - £35,000 (depending upon background and experience).
