Location: London (hybrid - with occasional travel)
Salary/Rate: £500-600 inside IR35
Start Date: 26/01/2026
Job Type: Initial 6 month contract

Company Introduction
We have an exciting opportunity now available with one of our sector-leading consultancy clients! They are currently looking for a skilled CWAN implementation analyst to support the implementation lead to manage the implementation of the Clearwater investment management platform (including IBOR and ABOR components) to ensure client needs for accounting, compliance, and reporting are met.

Job Responsibilities/Objectives
This role involves defining project scope, creating detailed execution plans, and coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve successful client "go-live".

Stakeholder Management: conduct weekly status meetings with clients, manage expectations, and facilitate a smooth transition to the new system.
Workflow & System Implementation: Consult with the client to align their business processes with the Clearwater platform's solutions, facilitate the setup of system components (eg, funds, brokers, GL accounts), and support data migration and integration with third-party systems.
 Risk Management & Process Improvement: Identify, document, and escalate project risks and issues to senior stakeholders and actively seek out opportunities to improve internal implementation workflows and documentation.

Required Skills/Experience
The ideal candidate will have the following:
 
Experience:
o Proven experience implementing CWAN software in the asset management, insurance, or financial services space.
o Experience in implementation role working with external clients.

Technical Knowledge:
o Advanced understanding of financial instruments (Fixed Income, equities, derivatives) and general investment accounting principles (IFRS).
o Familiarity with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platforms and relational database principles (SQL querying skills often preferred).

Soft Skills:
o Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and organizational abilities.
o Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
o Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and competing priorities effectively.
