HubSpot Project Manager

Steadman Hub have partnered with an elite HubSpot agency who work with high-growth B2B brands, delivering CRM and marketing automation solutions. They are now looking for a HubSpot Project Manager to own the delivery of HubSpot implementations and optimisation projects. This role is offered on a remote or hybrid basis, depending on your location.

You will manage end-to-end HubSpot projects, acting as the main point of contact for clients and internal teams. You’ll be responsible for planning, coordination, and delivery, ensuring projects run on time, on budget, and to a high standard, while supporting long-term client success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the delivery of HubSpot implementation, migration, and optimisation projects.
  • Build and manage project plans, timelines, and resources.
  • Lead client communication and stakeholder management.
  • Coordinate internal delivery teams and manage risks and dependencies.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Experience managing HubSpot projects, ideally within an agency environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HubSpot CRM and Hub tools.
  • Confident project manager with excellent communication skills.
  • Background working with B2B clients.
