HubSpot Technical Lead
Steadman Hub have partnered with a globally recognised organisation that delivers large-scale live and digital experiences, bringing professional communities and audiences together across multiple regions and markets. Operating at significant scale, HubSpot sits at the core of its commercial, marketing, and customer operations. They're now looking for a HubSpot Technical Lead to take ownership of the architecture, performance, and evolution of their HubSpot platform.
You'll act as the technical authority for HubSpot across Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Service Hub, and Data Hub, ensuring the platform is scalable, secure, and fit for a fast-moving, global organisation. This is a hands-on role focused on architecture, data models, integrations, and automation, partnering closely with senior stakeholders across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Own HubSpot architecture, data models, and technical standards
- Lead complex integrations, automations, and platform enhancements
- Ensure data quality, governance, and performance at scale
- Support and guide internal teams on HubSpot best practice
- Act as the escalation point for complex technical challenges
Experience Required
- Deep, hands-on experience across HubSpot's core Hubs
- Strong understanding of integrations, APIs, and complex data structures
- Experience owning HubSpot in a high-growth, multi-team environment
- Confident working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
