What you'll do:

• Explore, advise, and support the implementation of cutting-edge digital technologies and platforms that transform businesses.
• Translate user needs and business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Support and lead Scrum team activities, helping to deliver real value to clients.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and use your analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills to achieve team goals.

Your experience:

• Delivered user-centred product or service development projects.
• Worked in multi-disciplinary Agile Scrum teams
• Familiarity with Government Digital Service (GDS) standards.
• Skilled in requirements capture tools and technical business analysis, including knowledge of APIs, cloud infrastructure, microservices, and legacy systems.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing and resolving conflicts.
• Ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies and support effective team collaboration.
