Location: London

Work Mode: Hybrid (2 days in office)

Duration: 2–3 year contract with conversion to permanent

Description:

We are hiring experienced Business Analyst to support a long-term underwriting transformation programme within a global insurance organisation. You will work closely with underwriting, product, and technology teams in an Agile environment.

Key points:

Translate underwriting needs into clear, actionable requirements
Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and support Scrum backlog refinement in Azure DevOps
Analyse current workflows, define future-state processes, and support Agile/Scrum delivery
Participate in stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Partner closely with Product Owners, UX, and subject matter experts
Ideal for a BA with insurance / underwriting experience
