Were working with a fast-growing MSP based in Portsmouth, known for delivering outstanding IT support, infrastructure, and cloud solutions to a wide range of clients. As part of their ongoing expansion, theyre hiring multiple 2nd Line Engineers to join their high-performing technical team.

This is a hybrid role, offering a blend of remote flexibility and collaboration in a modern, team-driven environment. Youll take ownership of escalations, work across diverse client infrastructures, and gain hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, virtualisation, and networking all while progressing toward 3rd Line, projects, or cloud-focused roles.

• Proven experience supporting Windows Server, Microsoft 365 & Active Directory
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls
• Exposure to virtualisation (Hyper-V / VMware)
• Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills
• MSP experience is ideal, but not essential

• £35,000 - £40,000 Salary
• Hybrid working model (2 days WFH)
