Head of Business Development – Partnerships & Integrations
Location: Remote (Europe / US)
I'm working with a fast-moving crypto project bringing Bitcoin liquidity to Solana and beyond through a variety of DeFi products (Wrapped Bitcoin, bridge and interoperable L1). They're looking for a crypto-native Business Development Manager to lead BD efforts, predominantly the scaling of their wrapped BTC asset, whilst in their early stages as a company.

They're looking for a crypto-native Business Development Manager to lead BD efforts, predominantly the scaling of their wrapped BTC asset, whilst in their early stages as a company.
What You'll Do
- Drive partnerships and integrations across DeFi protocols (DEXs, lending markets, yield platforms, etc.).
- Build relationships with ecosystem teams, market makers, and infrastructure partners.
- Identify creative new use cases and push adoption of the BTC asset throughout Solana DeFi.
- Represent the project in the Solana and crypto community.
- Deeply familiar with Solana and DeFi ecosystems.
- Experienced in crypto business development, partnerships, or integrations.
- A strong networker who can turn relationships into live collaborations.
- Strategic, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.
