EUC Executive Support
Role Title: EUC - Executive Support SME
Location: Wokingham/Warwick, UK (Office-based - 5 days per week)
Day Rate: £233.75 (Inside IR35)
Duration: 6 months
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Executive Support SME to provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior executives. The role involves managing day-to-day executive activities, coordinating meetings and communications, and ensuring the smooth operation of office functions. The successful candidate will be proactive, organised, and customer-focused, ensuring seamless executive support and maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct administrative and operational support to executives, including diary management, travel coordination, and correspondence.
- Prepare and manage reports, presentations, and meeting documentation.
- Handle and safeguard confidential information and sensitive materials.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and maintain accurate records.
- Oversee procurement, office budgets, and supplies management.
- Manage office administrative tasks, delegating and tracking completion as required.
- Maintain and enforce office policies and procedures.
- Assist with event planning, logistics, and coordination.
- Provide excellent customer service, including managing calls and directing enquiries.
- Support day-to-day IT/EUC-related needs within the executive environment where required.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Proven experience as an Executive Support Specialist, PA, or similar administrative role.
- Strong knowledge of office management and administrative procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organisational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Desirable Skills
- Experience in a client-facing or stakeholder management capacity.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with senior leadership.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset.
