As HR Business Partner, you'll act as a strategic advisor and trusted coach to managers and leaders across the business. Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders to design and implement effective people strategies.
- Coach and upskill managers to lead high-performing teams.
- Support career development, succession planning, and internal mobility.
- Advise on employee relations and performance management.
- Lead HR initiatives that improve engagement, inclusion, and culture.
- Use data and insights to drive business decisions and measure impact.
- Support organisational change and growth projects in a scaling environment.
About You
The ideal candidate will bring:
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a tech-focused or SaaS environment.
- Strong coaching, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
- Hands-on experience across the full employee lifecycle.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to execute operationally.
- Excellent understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice.
- A proactive, agile approach and comfort working through change.
- CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) or equivalent experience.
