IT Change Manager

Summer-Browning Associates are currently supporting our client within the central government, who are seeking a ITIL Change & Release Manager on an initial 6 month assignment.

Location: London (hybrid)

About the role:
You will be responsible for owning the whole Change Management processes, policies and procedures across the ITSM department.

The ideal candidate will hold active SC clearance and possess a proven background in ITIL Change & Release Management, along with the following qualifications:

Skills and Experience:

• Experience of chairing a Change Advisory Board (CAB)
• Experience of working on the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience of implementing a successful change management process from zero to full maturity.
• Experience of working with IT Service Management toolset.
• Knowledge of operating IT systems within Government/ Secure environments.
• ITIL v3/v4 Foundation.
