Product Manager - Mobile Device Management (MDM) and End User Devices (EUD)

Summer-Browning Associates is currently supporting our client in the Central Government, who is seeking a Product Manager for an initial 6-month assignment with an option to extend.

Location: Hybrid working - London / Milton Keynes / Glasgow

The ideal candidates will hold active SC clearance and have a proven Product Management background, with the following skills/ experience:

• Proven experience in Mobile Device Management (MDM) and End User Devices (EUD) Product Management within a Live Services environment.
• Proficiency in ensuring the quality of MDM and EUD, with a focus on continuous service improvement.
• Experience and knowledge in IT Service Management (ITSM) within secure environments in Defence, Nuclear, or Central Government.
• Experience in integrating ITSM policies and processes into product workflows.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and ServiceNow.
• Experience in product delivery, applying Prince2 principles, performance management, and requirements and process analysis.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with service partners, user researchers, and engineers to understand user needs and preferences.
• Knowledge of Business Case writing (Green Book) is highly desirable.
