WebFOCUS Developer - Banking

We are seeking an experienced WebFOCUS Developer to support reporting and data analysis activities within a banking environment. The role involves developing, enhancing, and maintaining WebFOCUS reports and metadata, working closely with stakeholders to deliver accurate, secure, and reliable reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance WebFOCUS reports, including complex reports with drill-down functionality.

• Analyse user requirements and translate them into effective reporting solutions.

• Design, build, and maintain WebFOCUS metadata, including data definitions and mappings.

• Implement and manage WebFOCUS security and user access controls.

• Perform data analysis and troubleshooting to identify and resolve report or data issues.

• Work collaboratively with technical teams and business users to ensure reporting accuracy and performance.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven commercial experience as a WebFOCUS Developer.

• Strong experience developing and modifying WebFOCUS reports.

• Solid understanding of WebFOCUS metadata design and management.

• Experience implementing security and sign-on controls within WebFOCUS.

• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.

• Experience working in financial services or banking environments.

• Good communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
