Role Overview

We’re seeking a hands‑on Infrastructure Engineer with strong architecture awareness to design, build, and govern secure solutions built on Microsoft Azure platforms and Active Directory environments. This role combines technical depth with stakeholder engagement, ensuring solutions are delivered to production with robust governance and operational readiness.

What will you be doing?

  • Translate reviewed High‑Level Designs (HLDs) into Low‑Level Designs (LLDs) and implement:
  • Azure landing zones, networking, identity, and security controls.
  • Disaster recovery and operational readiness.
  • Enforce governance through Azure Policy, RBAC, tagging, and compliance standards.
  • Lead Active Directory changes (OU/GPO design, policy updates) and identity migrations.
  • Drive security hardening and remediation activities, including pen‑test outcomes.
  • Perform server build/configuration (Windows/Linux) and Azure IAM tasks.
  • Produce runbooks, SOPs, and documentation for operational handover.
  • Engage with customer architects and service managers to agree designs, risks, and acceptance criteria.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in governance, performance, and cost.

Who are we looking for?

  • Proven experience delivering Azure platform builds from HLD/LLD through production.
  • Strong knowledge of Active Directory (on‑prem and Entra ID) including GPO/OU design and RBAC.
  • Practical governance skills: Azure Policy, RBAC, tagging, and compliance.
  • Hands‑on experience with server build/configuration and Azure IAM.
  • Ability to communicate technical decisions clearly to stakeholders.

Desirable

  • Exposure to security hardening and pen‑test remediation.
  • Experience with endpoint/network management and hybrid networking (e.g., NSX).
  • Contribution to pre‑sales or solution shaping.
  • Azure / Cloud certification.
