CRM Manager
Salary – £40,000 - £50,000
Hours - Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Holiday – 23 days annual leave (excluding bank holidays) increasing by one day per each year of service (up to a maximum of 28 days)
Location - Hybrid, Midlands / Greater London Area South / Home Counties
About the CRM Manager role

We’re looking for a CRM Manager to join our Central systems team. Based remotely, we are ideally looking for candidates around the Midlands, South, London / home counties area.
TC Group uses FibreCRM which is being rolled out globally, along side some other associated smaller individual CRMs as needed. This role is ensure the CRM is fully optimised to support the firm’s strategy
The CRM Manager would be analytical and able to understand database structure and what to do with that data. This will enable them to recognize what is in a CRM so they can be proactive and bring ideas to the table. This would include reporting and visualisation using charts and graphs.
We’re looking for candidates with a CRM background (not just a front-end user) but a CRM administrator or implementor. You would be customising the CRM for the firm, adding and removing fields as well as responsible but not accountable for who is accessing records what people can do with those records; making sure the right people are in the right group.
You would be able to consult with the team around processes and support change management. A good CRM Manager would not just be reactive, they would help users take a step back and help discover the value drivers by digging into what the goals are and why they are important.
A CRM Manager would also be capable of writing documentation and guides and hold training sessions on updates.
Some key responsibilities of a CRM Manager will include:
- Data integrity as well as building and maintaining automations.
- Contribute to conversations on how CRM can help execute the firm’s strategy
- Work with individuals and teams to understand challenges, issues and problem and explore
- Feedback ideas to the CRM provider for ideas and improvements
- Explore new integrations to leverage the value of CRM
- Use CRM to support the firm’s data governance policies
- Set up and maintain the user fields and layout
- Create and maintain data integrity workflows
- Create and maintain user dashboards
- Create and maintain reports
- Create and maintain lists
- Create and maintain client take on forms
- Create and maintain workflows
- Creating and maintaining PDF, email, and SMS templates
- Creating and maintaining products and services catalogue
- Creating and maintaining Letter of Engagement templates
- Provide user training both 1-2-1 and in groups
About you
We are looking for candidates with the following core competencies and skills:
Technical
- Significant experience in a similar role
- Bachelor Degree (Computer Science, engineering), Relevant IT qualifications (Microsoft Certifications)
- Proficient using CRM tools - working across various teams
- Strong understanding of best practices CRM workflows
- Awareness of relevant approaches for CRM
Interpersonal
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams across the organisation
Organisational
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective time management and ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
