Salary: Up to £70,000 - DOE

TechOhana are partnered with a Global Technology business who are searching for a Salesforce Training Lead to join their forward-thinking organisation, currently undergoing an exciting period of digital transformation. This could include shaping the wider digital learning strategy, leading a dedicated enablement team, or progressing into a more senior role within Change, Transformation, or Revenue Operations. What You'll Be Doing:

• Leading the development and delivery of high-quality Salesforce training programmes
• Creating engaging learning materials tailored to users of all levels
• Partnering with stakeholders to understand pain points and craft effective solutions
• Championing best practice and driving long-term user adoption
• Coaching teams to ensure they feel confident, capable, and excited about using Salesforce

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on Salesforce experience (Admin or above)
• Experience with Documentation tools such as Confluence & Microsoft Office
• A proven track record in designing and delivering training
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate
• Comfortable in an agile environment
• Someone proactive, collaborative, and ready to make a real impact
