Description
As an Account Executive at Veriforce CHAS, you'll play a key role in helping our clients build safer, more compliant, and more efficient supply chains. You'll manage a dedicated portfolio of clients, acting as their trusted partner and ensuring they receive outstanding support at every stage of their journey with us. By strengthening relationships, maintaining high compliance standards, and identifying opportunities for growth, you'll directly contribute to increased client satisfaction and long-term retention. What that means day to day
  • Build, nurture, and manage strong relationships with a portfolio of Veriforce CHAS clients.
  • Act as a primary point of contact, understanding stakeholder needs and supporting them throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Conduct compliance review meetings and ensure all requirements are consistently met across your accounts.
  • Identify and convert opportunities for account growth through proactive engagement and customer care calls.
  • Keep CRM systems (Salesforce) up to date with opportunities, contacts, and account notes while providing regular updates and insights to the wider team.
What you'll need to be successful
To excel in this role, you'll bring strong relationship-building skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You should be confident working with clients at all levels, comfortable translating their needs into actionable plans, and proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement or growth. A good understanding of compliance, health and safety, or supply chain processes is beneficial, as is experience working cross-functionally with internal teams to achieve shared goals.
Essential qualifications and experience:
  • Experience working in a customer success, account management, or client-facing role.
  • Proven ability to build trust and maintain strong, positive client relationships.
  • Ability to manage multiple workloads effectively and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Competence in using CRM systems such as Salesforce.
  • Strong influencing, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
Desirable experience
knowledge of supply chain compliance, construction, governance, risk, or public-sector environments will help you stand out but is not essential.
