Technical Author

Were looking for a Technical Author experienced in creating and maintaining documentation for Okta, Entra, and SaaS applications . The role involves analysing existing materials and producing new high-quality documentation to support technical and service operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Create, update, and maintain:

Knowledge Articles (KAs) for Okta, Entra & Service Desk

Service Overviews (SOs)

Technical Run Manuals (TRMs)

Technical Recovery Action Plans (TRAPs)

Review and manage ServiceNow requests related to Okta and Entra User Groups.

Ensure all technical documents meet quality, accuracy, and compliance standards.

Ideal Profile:

Strong experience with Okta, Entra, and SaaS application documentation

Knowledge of ServiceNow and ITSM processes

Excellent written communication & analytical skills
