What Youll Be Doing:

• Diagnosing and repairing faults on smartphones, tablets, laptops, and other digital devices.
• Handling device bookings, managing repairs, and ensuring timely updates for customers.
• Using green repair techniques and sustainable practices for device refurbishments.
• Managing stock, handling warranty returns, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
• Communicating with customers via phone, email, and in-store support.
• Collaborating with suppliers, service centres, and logistics teams.
