What will you do as a Financial Controller?

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
• Manage cash flow forecasting and working capital
• Provide financial insights to support strategic decisions
• Report on project and product-level profitability
• Support pricing, tenders, and margin improvement initiatives
• Act as finance lead for ERP system selection, configuration, and rollout
• Develop new finance processes aligned with ERP capabilities

What do you need as a Financial Controller?

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
• Has senior finance experience within manufacturing or engineering
• Proven record in strengthening financial controls and reporting
• Has led ERP implementation projects
