Recruitment Consultant - Executive Search Consultancy

The business is a fast-growing talent consultancy operating across tech, transformation, and innovation markets. Since 2021, it has scaled rapidly and continues to expand across the UK and US. The team is now hiring Associate Consultants to support that growth.

The Opportunity:

You’ll start as a researcher in a heavily candidate-focused role, speaking with senior talent across Financial Services, Technology, and Insurance. You’ll be working in a team where graduates have progressed from entry-level to opening the US office within 4 years. Deal sizes typically range from £50k to £500k, with a recent placement generating a six-figure commission for one consultant.

The Ideal Candidate

• A graduate with 1–3 years’ experience in a professional or corporate role
• Strong communication skills and confidence in speaking with stakeholders
• Resilient, driven, and commercially minded
• Motivated by performance, progression, and earnings
• Keen to build a long-term career in recruitment or consulting

The Role

The successful candidate will be trained to run a whole recruitment process end-to-end, including:

• Speaking with candidates and clients daily
• Managing interview processes and offers
• Building long-term commercial relationships
• Working on specialist and senior-level roles
• Developing strong market knowledge in a chosen sector
