Talent Chief is delighted to be working with an ambitious and rapidly growing technology recruitment agency specialising in Software, Data and Cloud markets across Europe, with a particular focus on the German market.

Since launching just a few years ago, the business has expanded at a pace, recently moving into a larger Canary Wharf office to support continued growth. As a result, they’re now looking to welcome experienced recruiters who are ready to step up, earn more, and truly be rewarded for their success.

The Opportunity

The business is looking to hire Senior Recruitment Consultants to help drive growth across their European desk, within Software, Cloud or Data.

Ideally, you’ll have experience within one of these markets (or a closely related area) and be confident managing the full recruitment lifecycle. Whether your strength lies in permanent or contract recruitment, there’s genuine flexibility to build a desk that plays to your strengths.

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, You will be:

  • Mapping the market and winning new clients across the European tech space
  • Taking detailed job briefs and understanding hiring needs through thorough consultation
  • Sourcing, screening and qualifying high-quality IT professionals
  • Managing candidates from initial conversation through to offer and placement
  • Maintaining regular communication with clients and candidates to ensure a smooth process
  • Building long-term relationships and developing a strong, sustainable desk
  • Progressing your career based on performance, not tenure

What You’ll Need

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in 360 recruitment as a Senior Recruitment Consultant
  • Strong understanding of IT / Technology recruitment
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently
  • Existing market knowledge or network (highly advantageous)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisation, problem-solving and time-management abilities
  • A collaborative mindset and team-first attitude
  • Confident with CRM systems and technology tools
