Enterprise Account Executive
Senior Enterprise Account Executive (EMEA) – MarTech | Up to £250k OTE
We're partnered with a high-growth MarTech SaaS business looking for a proven Senior Enterprise Account Executive to help scale revenue across EMEA.
This role is designed for a seller who knows how to win complex enterprise deals, build territory from the ground up, and operate with confidence at C-suite level.
You'll be selling a well-established, enterprise-ready SaaS platform with typical deal sizes of $100k–$500k+ ARR, engaging senior buyers across the Office of the CMO
The Role:
- True enterprise, net-new logo role with ownership of a defined EMEA territory
- Meaningful deal sizes and multi-stakeholder buying cycles
- High visibility internally and externally — your performance directly impacts growth
- Strong upside and clear reward for overperformance
- Primary buyer: Office of the CMO
- Selling into large enterprise organisations ($1B+ revenue) across EMEA
- Confident engagement with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders
How You Win Deals:
- Own end-to-end enterprise sales cycles from prospecting through to close
- Build and execute a territory plan that delivers consistent pipeline and revenue
- Partner closely with SDRs and demand generation to create and convert opportunities
- Lead executive-level discovery and value-based sales conversations
- Manage pipeline, forecasting, and deal progression in Salesforce
- Deliver consistently against quarterly and annual ARR targets
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Leadership to win complex deals
What We're Looking For:
- 6+ years of experience selling B2B SaaS
- Proven track record closing enterprise deals (annual and multi-year)
- Strong hunter mentality - outbound prospecting and pipeline creation are critical
- Experience selling into the Office of the CMO strongly preferred
- Comfortable navigating long, complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
- Disciplined approach to pipeline management and forecasting
