The Role:

We're looking for a Solutions Engineer to support sales, onboarding, and customer success teams by providing expert technical insight, delivering compelling demos, and helping customers extract maximum value from the platform.

This is a cross-functional role blending technical problem solving, commercial awareness, and customer communication. You'll play a key part in driving revenue and supporting product innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support sales cycles with tailored technical solutions, documentation, and ROI cases
  • Lead technical discovery sessions to identify requirements and reduce delivery risk
  • Deliver product demos, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and solution walkthroughs
  • Handle technical queries, including RFP/RFI/InfoSec responses
  • Ensure smooth handover between sales and onboarding
  • Support advanced implementations (APIs, integrations, tracking setup, call routing)
  • Collaborate with Product & Engineering to validate new ideas and raise technical insights.
  • Contribute to knowledge base articles and internal documentation

About You

  • Background in Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting within SaaS, MarTech, analytics, or similar
  • Strong understanding of SaaS technologies, APIs, integrations, and data workflows
  • Experience with web technologies (JavaScript, webhooks, tracking snippets) is a plus
  • Comfortable discussing technical detail with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Proactive problem solver with strong communication skills
  • Enjoys working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
  • Curious, commercially aware, and motivated to learn

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role
  • Experience supporting sales or onboarding processes
  • Strong technical troubleshooting and solution design skills
  • Bonus: Experience creating or contributing to POCs
