£44,000 - £48,000 Basic Salary + Vehicle + Overtime + Benefits

Our client is looking for an engineer with knowledge of remote access control and CCTV systems. Happy working outside on construction sites. If this sounds a bit of you, please read on and apply.

Your Role as a Field Service Engineer:

• Based in the midlands, you'll spend your time split between customer sites around the UK and in the workshop.
• Surveying customer sites in the construction, power, energy, and commercial sector.
• Install and commission a range remote monitoring systems including CCTV, motion sensors, access control and surveillance towers.
• In the workshop, you'll be repairing, testing and networking devices so they can be deployed quickly.
• Expect to spend 50% of your time in the field, 50% at base.
• Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, daytime working.

Ideal Background for the Field Service Engineer Position:

• A strong understanding of electrical, electronic, and networking principles.
• Knowledge of remote access control, CCTV, and detection systems is very beneficial.
• A valid CSCS card.
• Customer-service focused.
• Happy travelling and being a mixture of field and workshop based.
• Able to pass a DBS and security clearance check.
• Full UK drivers licence and right to work in the UK indefinitely as no sponsorship will be provided.

• Up to £44,000 - £48,000 basic salary, depending on experience.
