The Opportunity

Our client a high growth Fintech firm is seeking a highly accomplished Transformation Finance Director to join its CEO Office on an interim basis.

This is a mission-critical role at the centre of the organisation’s strategic agenda, providing direct partnership to the CEO and CFO in shaping and executing a multi-year SAP S4 HANA transformation programme.

Key Responsibilities

• As the SAP S/4HANA Programme Director, you will be tasked with overseeing the end-to-end implementation of SAP S/4HANA, ensuring seamless integration and effective utilization across the organization.
• Leading the SAP S/4HANA programme, defining the strategic roadmap and project plan, and ensuring successful execution within established timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to align business requirements and processes with the capabilities and enhancements offered by SAP S/4HANA, driving digital transformation and operational efficiency.
• Managing and directing a dedicated project team, overseeing the planning, development, testing, and deployment phases, and ensuring a smooth transition to the new SAP platform while minimizing disruption to ongoing operations.

Key Skills & Experience

• Extensive experience as a Finance Transformation Director (or equivalent senior finance leader) within SAAS or FinTech environments.
• Extensive experience in leading SAP implementation programmes and acting as a programme director, ideally within the manufacturing or related industry, with a deep understanding of enterprise-wide business processes and systems.
• Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives, with a focus on driving digital innovation, operational excellence, and business process optimization.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA modules, capabilities, and integration points, along with experience in overseeing complex SAP projects and managing internal and external project teams.
