The ideal candidate will bring 5–10 years of experience within Securities Financing or a closely related area of financial markets, with a proven ability to build and manage strong relationships across the Buy Side community. This person will be commercially driven, highly autonomous, and capable of delivering measurable results in a dynamic and evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Buy Side initiatives and strategic roadmap across all Securities Financing products
- Contribute to the overall sales strategy of the organisation
- Drive the full sales cycle for Securities Finance modules with Buy Side clients
- Manage and own the sales pipeline for Buy Side clients in the UK and Europe
- Represent the company at key industry events and conferences (e.g., ISLA, IMN, Global Investor)
Candidate Profile
- Proven sales experience and strong understanding of Securities Financing markets
- Extensive network within the Buy Side community in the UK and Europe
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and track performance metrics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Collaborative, team-oriented approach combined with a proactive and entrepreneurial attitude
