Salesforce Administrator
Senior Salesforce Administrator
Manchester (2 days per week onsite)
Up to £60,000 + 10% bonus + benefits
The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator to take ownership of a Salesforce instance and help drive smarter, data-led decision-making across Sales and Marketing.
This is a hands-on, business-facing role where you’ll work closely with stakeholders to improve processes, optimise the platform, and deliver scalable solutions across Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
You’ll be the go-to person for Salesforce internally — managing configuration, enhancements, integrations, and user support — while continuously identifying ways to improve automation, reporting, and campaign effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day administration of Salesforce (Sales Cloud & Marketing Cloud)
- Configure and maintain users, roles, profiles, permissions, flows, and automations
- Gather requirements from Sales and Marketing teams and translate into scalable solutions
- Build and optimise reports, dashboards, and performance insights
- Support campaign management, customer journeys, and marketing automation
- Manage data integrity, imports, cleansing, and governance best practices
- Improve and automate business processes using Flow and declarative tools
- Support integrations with third-party systems and tools
- Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing support
- Work with external partners/vendors where needed on enhancements and projects
- Contribute to the Salesforce roadmap and continuous improvement initiatives
Skills & Experience
- 3+ years’ Salesforce Administration experience
- Hands-on experience with Sales & Marketing Cloud
- Strong configuration skills (Flows, validation rules, automation, reports, dashboards)
- Experience gathering requirements and working directly with business stakeholders
- Data management and reporting expertise
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
About You
- Proactive and solutions-focused
- Comfortable working directly with non-technical stakeholders
- Strong communicator who can translate technical concepts clearly
- Detail-oriented with a passion for improving processes
- Enjoys owning a platform rather than just responding to tickets
What’s in it for you?
- Up to £60,000 salary
- 10% annual bonus
- Hybrid working (2 days per week in Manchester office)
- High ownership and visibility across the business
- Opportunity to shape and influence the Salesforce roadmap
- Supportive, collaborative environment with real autonomy
