Security Solutions Architect

UK | Full Time | Hybrid £70,000 - £90,000 + Bonus

A growing UK technology services provider is looking for a Head of Solutions Architecture to lead its pre-sales technical function and support a high-performing sales organisation.

This is a hands-on leadership role combining technical authority, client engagement, and team management. You'll act as the senior technical voice in the sales cycle, working directly with customers to understand business challenges, shape solution strategy, and present best-fit outcomes across infrastructure, cloud, and security.

You'll also lead and develop a team of Solutions Architects/Engineers, setting standards for solution quality, customer engagement, and technical excellence.

• Lead and develop the Solutions Architecture / Engineering team

• Act as senior technical adviser during customer engagements

• Support sales through discovery, qualification, and solution design

• Design and present end-to-end technical solutions

• Deliver presentations, demos, workshops, and webinars

• Oversee POCs and complex demonstrations

• Lead technical input into proposals and tenders

• Senior Solutions Architect or Technical Pre-Sales background

• Experience within an MSP or VAR environment

• Broad technical knowledge across infrastructure, cloud, and security

• Strong customer-facing, presentation, and stakeholder skills

• Commercial awareness and proposal/tender experience

• UK-based, willing to travel, full UK driving licence

• £70,000 - £90,000 salary + bonus
